Technological advancement means pushing limits. Until recently it was completely unthinkable that a strong flap stay could be fully integrated into the side wall of a wall cabinet. Kinvaro T-Slim makes this vision a reality. In this respect the new flap stay truly crosses the frontiers of physics. It is a pioneering achievement of the GRASS developers. Engineers have succeeded in reducing the size of the complex mechanics of the flap-up fitting to a compact 12 mm. Twelve millimetres that will change furniture making.
Upside down – the new flap system folds down to open
Timeless: The stylish flap system with cable stay in the colours white, Night and Smoke integrates well with elegant furniture with drinks compartment flaps. The system comes in two models for different flap sizes and weights.
Ideally combined: In the Kinvaro D, the Tiomos flap hinge ensures that the open flap is flush with the base panel – ensuring an aesthetic overall appearance.
Opening comfort: Thanks to the integrated damping system, the opening action of the flap is gently damped over the last centimetres.
Practical: Whether horizontal or vertical, left or right – Kinvaro D can be fitted on both sides of the cabinet and even turned by 90 degrees to save space. This means that the variable flap system can be used on cabinets with depths from just 82 mm.

With its Kinvaro T series, GRASS offers highly functional and particularly easy to use flap systems that are especially intended for small and light front flaps. The single piece fronts open with one smooth upwards lifting movement. Particularly impressive is the exceptionally smooth and elegant movement sequence. And the integral, individually adjustable soft-close damping system ensures that closing is always gentle and silent.

Simply opening a folding flap system is a delight in itself because the fronts swing upwards through the whole movement course gently supported by a functional spring. This precisely delivered supporting force ensures extremely harmonic movements while holding the flaps securely in all positions. Moreover, a stop function makes it possible to limit and individually adjust the opening angle of the Kinvaro F-20. Thanks to the integrated adjustable soft-close damping, even heavy flaps made from MDF or glass can be closed easily and, above or else, silently.
